Pick a subject and a topic, ask a question, and follow up for clarification, examples, or why. Ask explains from LEI’s books, articles, workshops, and skill bodies accumulated over the years.
How to use this page
- Subject — the broad area you want to explore (Problem Solving, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, etc.).
- Topic — a specific aspect of that subject (overview, deployment, common errors, and so on).
- Response length — Short for a quick read, Medium for more depth, Longer for thorough treatment. The length locks once the thread starts.
- Your question — ask what you want to understand, then continue with follow-up questions as needed.
- Model — which AI model generates the response. Different models have different voices; try a few.
- Ask does not accept uploads. Use Coach when you want guided review of an A3, notes, image, or other artifact.
Responses are generated with AI assistance from that source material. Treat them as general guidance — always confirm facts, data, and assumptions, and test ideas in your own context before acting on them.
